Tiny Tot Crafts

Join in the fun, be a part of our 4 week craft sessions.
Each class will be led by an instructor, which includes a craft activity you and your child will complete together!

FREE Field Trip - Middle School Night Roller Skating!
Lets Roll, join your friends for a night of roller skating at Astro Skate on Friday November 22, 2024 at Astro Skate Ormond from 6:30pm until 10pm.

FREE Pre-Registration required by 5pm on Thursday November 21, 2024. Minimum Participants 10 / Maximum Participants 20

Ages: 11.5 - 13

Free transportation and admission, bus departs from/returns to the Babe James Community Center.
-Participants must arrive at the Babe James Center no later than 6:30pm, the bus will be departing by 7:30pm.
-Bus will arrive back at the Babe James Center by 10:00pm. Middle School Night program ends at 10:00pm, the bus will leave the skating center by 9:30pm.

Program includes admission only. Participants are encouraged to bring their own spending money to purchase concessions. Food or any other purchases at the roller rink are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Each season, we need enthusiastic and positive volunteers to coach our NFL Youth Flag Football teams. It can be a tremendously rewarding experience to coach a team of youngsters. Coaches enjoy the following benefits:
1. You will coach the team of the child playing in the league
2. Young players will be able to grow and learn from your guidance, face challenges, and achieve success as a result of your skills and expertise
3. You choose the night of your practice that works best for you
4. You can choose your favorite NFL football team
5. You receive a discount on your next Flag Football season
6. No prior coaching experience is necessary
7. As an NFL Flag Football Coach, you will be given resources and support to help you succeed

NFL Flag football is offered to boys & girls ages 5-14 (Age as based on their age as of Sept 1, 2024).

PRACTICES: Start the week of Dec 9th - 13th and will be held on weeknights depending on the coach's availability.

GAMES: Games are played on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Teams will also have some games on Wednesday nights.

All players are REQUIRED to wear a mouthpiece during ALL games and practices to participate. (Players will receive one mouthpiece with uniforms, however, we suggest that you purchase one as well.

DRESS CODE POLICY::
Shorts with pockets or zippers are NOT allowed (players will not play). The Jersey must be tucked in during games.

Kids Club Day Camp Thanksgiving Break!
NSB Leisure Services will be providing a Thanksgiving Break Camp, Monday November 25th thru Wednesday November 27, 2024!
Campers will engage in three days of recreational activities in a fun and safe environment with all their friends. Arts, crafts, sports, music, games and a field trip also included.

Monday November 25, will be a Scavenger Hunt
Tuesday November 26, Field Trip: Roller Skating at Astro Skate
Wednesday November 27, Dinner and a Movie "Free Birds"
