Our youth baseball program is chartered through Babe Ruth and is locally known as Southeast Volusia Babe Ruth. Baseball is offered to boys and girls ages 4 to 16 as of May 1, 2025.

All games and practices will be located at the NSB Sports Complex with games played during the week night or some on Saturdays. Practices are based on the Head Coach that works best for them.

All players are required to have their own baseball equipment such as baseball glove, rubber cleats or tennis shoes, helmets (MUST have face mask ), bats, and baseball pants. The coach may want specific colored pants, so we encourage parents to wait until their coach contacts them to purchase pants.

The City of New Smyrna Beach will provide a jersey and hat for all players.

Below are the different age divisions we offer:
- T-Ball Jr. - Ages 4 & 5
- T-Ball Senior Age 6
- Rookies 8U - Ages 7 & 8
- Minors 10U - Ages 9 & 10
- Majors 12U - Ages 11 & 12
- Seniors 15U - Ages 13, 14, & 15
(Age is based on how old you are on May 1st, 2025)

Middle School Night at the Babe James Community Center!

Join your friends for a free fun night of pizza and a movie on Friday July 26, 2024 from 6pm until 9pm at
the Babe James Community Center.
Participants should arrive at Babe James no later than 6:00pm.

Activity Fee: Per Child $35 Resident / $40 Non-Resident
One team t-shirt, included in the registration fee per child.
